2018 List

This article lists the 195 species seen in the Arun Valley in 2018 -- about 68% of the 288 species ever recorded in the valley. It excludes five unquestionably feral or escaped species, which would take the total to 200.
Salient information about dates of occurrence, numbers, etc., is included where relevant and available -- but this is very much a work in progress.
Corrections of errors in the list are welcomed, but current sightings should be sent to the relevant websites, and, most importantly, entered into Birdtrack.
I will happily provide a word version of the list – email me at mcdbirder@gmail.com.

Abbreviations:
AWB – Amberley Wild Brooks
CB – Climping Beach (shorthand for West Beach to Poole Place and immediate interior)
